Customer service is the most important concern for our business, and we like to make sure our customers are well looked after, so we're always happy to give advice at no charge. Sometimes if there's a trivial fix for your problem that takes a second to sort out we won't charge, we just ask that you put in a good word for us with your friends. If it turns out the solution to your problem will take some time and work, we can at least let you know how much it will cost to sort out!

It's always worth letting us know if you're stuck trying to figure something out or make something work. It might be a very straightforward issue.
